This year's conference will be held at
the BancorpSouth Conference Center

The Hilton Garden Inn
is the host hotel for MBUG 2011. It is adjacent to the Conference Center.
General Information:
Located in Northeast Mississippi, Tupelo is known as the Birthplace of Elvis Presley. Tupelo
is the headquarters to the scenic Natchez Trace Parkway, the incredible Tupelo Automobile
Museum, and the family-friendly HealthWorks! Kids Museum, which exposes kids to an
outbreak of fun and learning and the Tupelo Buffalo Park & Zoo.

- Our Sunday evening event will be a reception held at the Tupelo Automobile Museum.
The museum exhibits over 100 antique and classic cars. The event will be held from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 pm.
- If you plan to bring a guest, please indicate on your registration form and include a $25.00 guest fee.
The guest fee entitles entry to the Sunday evening event only.
- Dinner Sunday will be on your own.

Conference registration deadline is August 18, 2011. The registration
form can be printed off by clicking the following link
2011 Registration Form. Please be conscientious of this deadline. All registration received
after the deadline date will be considered late registration. On-site registration
cannot be paid by credit card.
Conference Fees:

$150.00 registration fee per non MBUG member |

$50.00 late fee applies after August 18, 2011 |

$25.00 covers Sunday night event only |
Hotel Information:
- Hotel room rates are $109.00 (queen or king). Note: To be exempt from all taxes and fees,
you must bring a copy of your institution's MS Tax Exemption letter and pay with a school
check or school- issued credit card. No personal form of payment is tax exempt-this includes cash.
Reservations must be received by August 18, 2011. After this date reservations will be accepted on a
space available basis only.
- Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 noon.

You MUST identify your affiliation with MBUG at the time you make the reservation
