Mark your calendars! It is time for our annual gathering of Banner users for information,
fun, and fellowship. This year our MBUG Conference will be held at the
BancorpSouth Conference Center
in Tupelo, MS. Hilton Garden Inn
will be the host hotel. As always, we need user participation to make our conference as
informative as possible. If you would like to make a presentation, please contact Edith Riley (egr1@its.msstate.edu).

General Information:
Located in Northeast Mississippi, Tupelo is known as the Birthplace of Elvis Presley. Tupelo
is the headquarters to the scenic Natchez Trace Parkway, the incredible Tupelo Automobile
Museum, and the family-friendly HealthWorks! Kids Museum, which exposes kids to an
outbreak of fun and learning and the Tupelo Buffalo Park & Zoo.

Conference registration deadline is August 16, 2012. The registration
form can be printed off by clicking the following link
2012 Registration Form. Please be conscientious of this deadline. All registration received
after the deadline date will be considered late registration. Registrations
cannot be paid by credit card.
Conference Fees:

$125.00 registration fee per MBUG member |
| NON-MEMBERS: |
$150.00 registration fee per non MBUG member |
| LATE FEE: |
$50.00 late fee applies after August 16, 2012 |
Hotel Information:
- Hotel room rates are $109.00 (queen or king). Note: To be exempt from all taxes and fees,
you must bring a copy of your institution's MS Tax Exemption letter and pay with a school
check or school- issued credit card. No personal form of payment is tax exempt-this includes cash.
Reservations must be received by August 16, 2012. After this date reservations will be accepted on a
space available basis only.
- Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 noon.
- To make reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn, Tupelo call 1-662-718-5500.
You MUST identify your affiliation with MBUG at the time you make the reservation
